Dr. Lakshmi Kumar Chalamarla is a senior interventional radiologist and abdominal imaging specialist, having 10+ years of experience. He has worked as a consultant interventional radiologist at multiple hospitals in Ahmedabad and Hyderabad. He has special interest in liver, pancreas, gall bladder, bile duct, nephro (kidney), varicose vein interventions and abdominal imaging. He is a European Board certified interventional radiologist.
He is trained in interventional radiology from Institute of Liver and Biliary sciences, New Delhi, which is an international centre of excellence for diagnosis and management of liver and biliary diseases. He learned varicose vein interventions from AIIMS, New Delhi. He has also done Fellowship in Abdominal Imaging from ILBS. He has experience in performing thousands of endovascular and non-vascular interventions.
